If you are not satisfied with the content or for any other reason, you may cancel. No questions asked.
Mentoring Program Service: You have the right to cancel your membership within 24 hours of receiving the first hour of mentoring from Options Trend Trading. If you are not satisfied with the content, the mentor or for any other reason you may cancel. No questions asked.
Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours to cancel your order via email for these services "Strategy trade alert service and Mentoring program service."
Administrations fees, you entitled to receive a full refund less $25 for Administration Fees.
All sales are final for all Products purchased, such as, the Newsletters and E-book, no refund available.
Seminar Subscriptions: Registrations are final, no refund available.

Any legal actions instituted against 9211-0477 Quebec Inc. including but without limitations to Options Trend Trading or Optionstrendtrading.com must be heard before the courts of this province (Quebec) in Canada. In the event and purposes of such proceedings, the parties hereby agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If any provision of this Agreement is null and void or not bidding under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and consequence.

THIS OPTIONS TREND TRADING “AGREEMENT” IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN OPTIONS TREND TRADING AND “YOU” THE USER, MEMBER, AND/OR SUBSCRIBER WHO HAS ACCESSED AND USED ANY PART OR PORTION OF OUR SERVICES (THE “STRATEGY TRADE ALERT SERVICE” AND/OR “MENTORING PROGRAM SERVICE”).
